I purchased a Nokia C5-04 cell Smartphone, however the phone does not register as a C5-04, but comes up as a C5-03, and the company tells me that it is a C5-00 model.

The phone will not connect to the internet, cannot do any updates on it, and is a piece of crap.  I offered to send the phone back to the company fro an even exchange of a new phone that actually has wifi on it ans this model is suppose to carry (but it doesn't).

Nokia told me over the phone that they cannot do an exchange, and they now (all of a sudden) cannot find my registration of the phone.  I have been bickering with this company for 3 mths now, and I just hung up on the azzholes.

I use to like Nokia phones, but this is the last Nokia phone I will ever buy, and I suggest that all people stay away from this Canadian company that rips the American consumers off by sending them crappy products.

The box my Nokia Smartphone came in reads Nokia C5-04, and yes, the phone is garbage.
