Egg hunt canceled because of childish parents
No pink and yellow eggs will dot the green glades of Central City Park, Macon, Ga., this year. One of the largest Easter events in the state has been canceled by organizers because of the childish behavior of pushy parents who were hunting eggs too aggressively. As county commissioner Joe Allen woefully told news outlets, an adult woman was injured in a past egg hunt, and many children have been "trampled on." Whether or not the eggs were the dyed kind or the plastic variety with treats inside has not been explained, but we're betting on the latter. Hard-boiled eggs are okay, but a rolo and some jelly beans? That has to be worth tripping a kid over.
