Santorum snapped shirtless by passenger from all-gay cruise

Rick Santorum was recently in Puerto Rico to soak up some primary votes and also some sun. A recent photo of the Republican presidential candidate, published by blogger JoeMyGod, shows him shirtless while lounging poolside in the U.S. commonwealth. (JoeMyGod says that ironicially the photo was snapped by a a passenger on an all-gay cruise). Santorum confirmed that the photo was real, telling Chicago's "The Steve Cochran" show that he "should lose about 15 or 20 pounds."
